• 2.2 — inner diameter about 5.3–5.5 cm
• 2.4 — about 5.6–5.8 cm
• 2.6 — about 5.9–6.1 cm
• 2.8 — about 6.2–6.4 cm
• 2.10 — about 6.5–6.7 cm
