Every order is packed by hand in triple-layer packaging so your glass bangles arrive safely.
How long will it take?
- Processing: orders usually ship within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery: most orders arrive in 3–5 business days after shipping. Times depend on where you are — remote areas can take a little longer.
Outside Canada and the US?
We’d love to send your order. Please message us on Instagram (@zarie0013) or email support@zarie.ca with what you’d like and your country, and we’ll let you know the shipping cost.
Local pick-up (Scarborough)
Pick-up is free for orders in the Greater Toronto Area. Choose Local pick-up at checkout and pick 2–3 days and times that suit you — we’ll confirm one by email or on Instagram. You can also message us on Instagram (@zarie0013) to arrange it.
Packaging
Glass bangles are fragile, so every set is wrapped in three layers of protection. If anything still arrives broken, see our Returns, Exchanges & Breakage policy — breakage is covered.
